A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as a FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Robertson Walk, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, White Sands
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks:
Receive a lucky draw chance to win 1 million FRx Points
From 13 January to 16 February 2025
Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
- Minimum spend of $28 in a single transaction at participating malls to earn one lucky draw chance.
- Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis. For example, if you spend $40 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another one lucky draw chance. If you spend $90 in two transactions, you will only receive two lucky draw chances.
- One winner will be drawn across 12 malls on 18 February 2025.

Receive 2 sets of red packets with $68 spent.

- Present your member QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same FRx account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem 2 sets of red packets.
- Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent.
- Available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last.
Receive a $15 FRx Gift Card with $150 spent using a Citi Mastercard.

- Minimum spend of $150 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions for a $15 FRx Gift Card when you pay with your Citi Mastercard. Full payment must be made via Citi Mastercard.
- Present up to 3 Citi Mastercard charge slips and your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls' Customer Service to redeem.
- Charge slips must be from the same Citi Mastercard.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.
- Applicable to in-store purchases at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls only.
- A FRx Gift Card will be credited to the member's FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met.
- The stored value in each gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.
- Promotion is eligible for all Citi Cardmembers, except for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
- To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
- The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
- For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
- For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls to earn FRx Points.
- All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
- All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.
- The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
- Citibank and the Management of the respective malls’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties, and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- The Management of the respective malls shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of the respective malls shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank and the Management of the respective malls reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of FPS are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $28 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $40 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $90 in two transactions, you receive two lucky draw chances.
4. One lucky draw winner will be selected across our 12 participating malls in a random computerised drawing, which will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 18 February 2025.
5. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winner will also be announced via Facebook (@FrasersPropertyRetail), Instagram (@FrasersPropertyRetail) and website [https://www.FrasersExperience.com].
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize includes the following:
- 1 million FRx Points, valued at either $5,000 (Basic Member) or $10,000 (Elite Member) in FRx Gift Cards, depending on the winner's FRx Membership Tier.
7. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organised by the Prize Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.
8. FPS reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
9. FPS holds the right to reschedule, change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Lucky Draw and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at its absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
E. OTHERS
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.
2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
